What We Did
Building construction
Prior to construction of the two-storey units, all property boundaries and easements were accurately identified and marked onsite. Key features such as building footprints, carparks, driveways, and service locations were set out to guide the construction process.
Strata Subdivision
Following completion, a Strata Subdivision was undertaken. A final title survey was prepared, incorporating all relevant easements and by-laws. The survey was successfully lodged with the local Council, mortgagee, and Land Registry Services, completing the subdivision process.
