What We Did
Wybenia Estate is a Staged 48 Lot subdivision in Armidale – CSM was involved in the original site survey, flood model analysis, subsequent engineering designs, machine control, and work as executed surveys.
Our scope also included boundary subdivision plans, easement documentation, lodgement and registration process with NSW Lands Registry. A water pipeline crossing the site, gazetted in 1935 was also rectified.
Construction work also included Road Maritime Services intersection, machine control and survey reporting to relevant standards.
